Christmas Celebration for Catechetical Commission and Catechist Commission at Bishop’s House Faisalabad

FAISALABAD, PAKISTAN – The Diocesan Catechetical Commission and the Diocesan Catechist Commission jointly organized a heartwarming Christmas celebration at the Bishop’s House, Faisalabad. The event was attended by catechists and catechism teachers from across the diocese, who gathered to share in the joy of the Christmas season.
The celebration began with a Holy Mass at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Cathedral Faisalabad, led by Bishop Indrias Rehmat, followed by a festive program at the Bishop’s House Faisalabad.The attendees presented carols, poetry, and tableaus, celebrating the spirit of Christmas.
In his address, Bishop Dr. Indrias Rehmat praised the dedication and commitment of the catechists and teachers, presenting them with gifts and sharing a Christmas cake. Fr. Abid Tanvir, Fr.Joseph Shahzad, and Fr.John Murad also spoke, lauding the contributions of the catechists and teachers.
The event concluded with Director of Catechetical Commission, Mr.James Lal, expressing gratitude to all involved.
