A protest sit-in is ongoing in Waris Pura, Faisalabad, in support of the Jaranwala victims.

After attending Round Table conference all participants including Samson Salamat Chairman Rawadari Tehreek ,Peter Charles , Yousaf Adnan,Tahira Anjum , Shaheen Anthony, Ibrar Sahotra,Shakeel Bhatti,Pervez Iqbal Bhatti, Amjad Bhatti,Dr.Shamaoun ,Aashir Bhatti and other Religious, Political and Social leaders

participated in the sit-in protest in solidarity with victims of Jaranwala Tragedy to demand justice, which has been organized by the Jaranwala Victims Committee and Minority Rights Movement.

Justice delayed is Justice denied – Despite the fact that 27 months have passed to the Tragedy of Jaranwala, the Christian victims of mob attack are still waiting for justice. Christian settlements in Jaranwala were attacked by the angry mob after a blasphmey allegations against Christians, 26 Churchs, and approximately 100 homes of the Christians were destroyed while women, girls and children had to flee their homes fo save their lives on August 16, 2023.

There are enough video, photo, geo fencing, and forensic evidence, and the case is under trial in the Anti Terrorist Courts but the Christian victims are awaiting for justice while all the accused have been granted bails except 1 accused reportedly.

Chief Executive of the Punjab Government, the Minister for Minorities in Punjab, and the members of the Punjab Assembly on Minorities have turned their blind eye towards the cries of the victims of Jaranwala Tragedy which has disappointed the persecuted Christians.
